Royal & Sun Alliance has postponed the release of its first quarter 2003 results to 22 May.
The company said this was due to the fact that the initial public offering of its Australian and New Zealand businesses has been set for 12 May.
The insurer added the move would allow for an inclusion of a progress report of the group's capital
