Royal & SunAlliance group risk manager Julia Graham has been appointed chairman of insurance SunGard Availability Services' Customer Advisory Board.
Royal & SunAlliance has been a client of SunGard for over a decade and Graham has been a member of the advisory board for the last two years.
Graham will be responsible for ensuring the advisory board represents customer viewpoints on current SunGard policies.
SunGard Availability Services managing director Keith Tilley said: "It's vital that we continue to provide the best service to all customers and the advisory board plays a key role in this.
"Julia has always been an active member of the advisory board and I'm really pleased that she has agreed to take on this important role."
