Royal & Sun Alliance has revealed that its Australian and New Zealand operations will form part of the planned float of its Asia Pacific division.
The planned Initial Public Offering of the majority of its business in Asia was announced on 7 November.
The move is part of a wider strategic review involving a substantial slimming the business and reduction in premiums by around £3bn.
