Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has been awarded the Best Customer Service Strategy - Insurance and Others Award at the Financial Innovation Awards 2002.
The award was presented to R&SA's small business solution for intermediaries, called Enterprise; in recognition for the way it handles small businesses.
R&SA small business manager, said: "We are delighted to have won this award.
