The professional and financial risks division of Royal & Sun Alliance is restructuring its management assurance team.
The move will see the team incorporate two dedicated business units - financial institutions and professions. The remainder will stay under the management assurance banner.
The restructuring also sees ProFin making several appointments. Linda Kilroy-Burns has been appointed to lead the financial institutions team, and Ceri Welch will manage the professions team.
Paul Wells will manage the management assurance team, while Charlotte Cuttill has been appointed as ProFin's new customer development manager.
Royal & SunAlliance's UK business manager Stuart Quinlan said: "These appointments are a real boost for ProFin and continue to strengthen our customer focused approach.
"It makes sense for clients such as financial institutions to deal with one unit where underwriters are focused and really know the issues for that segment of the market."
