Five Star 2023 Etrading Software Houses

Insurance Times is pleased to announce the results of the 2023 eTrading Survey, with the full report and wider findings to be published for subscribers in June. Over 750 brokers across the UK came forward to rate and assess the performance of insurer extranet platforms, broker management systems and the broker experience of trading with an insurer via a software house platform.

The Insurance Times eTrading survey sought to investigate how brokers perceive the experience of the broker management system at their brokerage. The software houses analysed were Acturis, Applied Systems, Open GI and SSP. Software house Acturis secured top spot among software house platforms for the seventh consecutive year. A deeper analysis of the quantitative and qualitative findings of the 2023 annual eTrading will be available to subscribers in June.
