Five Star 2023 Etrading Overall Ratings – Insurer via software house platforms

Insurance Times is pleased to announce the results of the 2023 eTrading Survey, with the full report and wider findings to be published for subscribers in June. Over 750 brokers across the UK came forward to rate and assess the performance of trading with an insurer via a software house platform.

The eTrading survey aimed to investigate brokers experience of trading with an insurer via a software house platform. Zurich and Aviva have been awarded an overall five-star rating by brokers in the 2023 Insurance Times eTrading survey. This is the second consecutive year both insurers have achieved five-star ratings by brokers for consistent service across the eTrading route via software houses. A deeper analysis of the quantitative and qualitative findings from the 2023 annual eTrading survey will be available to subscribers in June.
