Medicash, a UK health insurer, is recruiting 13 new area sales managers in order to capitalise on the opportunities provided by its new corporate healthcare cash plans.
The area sales managers will promote and sell Medicash Reward and Medicash First to businesses throughout the UK that wish to give employees the tools with which to keep themselves healthy.
They will also be expected to explain to decision makers at local businesses how the new products can enhance the health of the company as well as its employees, by helping to reduce absenteeism and tackle issues such as recruitment, retention and motivation.
