James Read has joined electronic trading service RI3K as sales and marketing manager.
The company said Read will be responsible for assisting customers in developing their roadmaps for electronic trading.
He has been in the London market for 15 years at both Aon, and latterly Willis, where he gained broad experience of all aspects of the broker's role.
