AM Best has given Rosemont Re an ‘A' rating and upgraded its outlook to stable.
The reinsurer's rating previously carried a negative outlook based on the view that the its market profile was damaged by the demise of GoshawK Syndicate 102 which is owned by its parent company GowshawK.
AM Best said it has returned the outlook to stable as a result of the commitment shown by the company's new management.
