Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has announced plans to review its Denmark and Sweden operations after confirmation that it has received approaches about the businesses.
The announcement follows recent press speculation regarding the Group's operations in Scandinavia.
In light of the approaches, R&SA has initiated a review of possible options.
Scandinavia, along with the UK and Canada, is one of the key markets R&SA has focused on since its recent restructuring.
