PAWS software will help claims to be processed faster - RSA
RSA has launched a new pet claims management software.
The insurer said the PAWS software will help claims to be processed faster and more efficiently because it will provide quicker access to automated information.
RSA head of pet claims Keith Maxwell said: “We want to ensure that our customers and the vets we work with receive the best customer service possible.
“The launch of this new system will ensure we deliver this, as it will enable us to handle claims in a more efficient way and therefore provide a better service to our customers.”
The new software has been developed in partnership with I.T. consultancy firm Sherwood Technology Solutions.
