Insurer will handle administration and claims services for Market Harborough policies

RSA has entered into an exclusive three-year deal with building society Market Harborough to underwrite its home building, contents and buy to let insurance.

The building society will handle the sales, while RSA will manage the administration and claims services.

RSA affinity director Tim Wright said: “The building society market is a key area of growth for RSA and I’m delighted that Market Harborough has chosen to work with us.

“Our experience in working with companies that support their local communities has enabled us to create products that are specific to the needs of Market Harborough’s customers and we look forward to working together over the next few years.”

Market Harborough chief executive Mark Robinson added: “The quality of cover and excellent service RSA provides will be a positive contribution to our customers and we’re excited about our new partnership.”

RSA already partners exclusively with 12 other building societies, including Leeds, Cambridge and Yorkshire Building Society.
