Rubicon has made half of the staff it took on when it purchased Miller Fisher's business solutions and motor inspection units redundant.
The outsourcing company will take about 50 business solutions staff to its Maidstone and Colchester offices from 31 October.
About 50 have been made redundant.
It will retain all of the motor inspection staff.
When Rubicon bought the units, it did not take their leased Waltham Cross office.
Tom Anderson and David Cresswell, who ran the units at Miller Fisher, have joined Rubicon and will continue to head the teams.
