Rural Insurance Group has signed up Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the UK's sole specialist in providing replacement vehicles and courtesy cars, to assist with the launch of its new vehicle replacement service Flex-e-Hire.
The service will offer all rural insurance customers a free private car when required for up to 21 days a year if the customer's vehicle should be unusable.
Special hire rates are available after the 21-day period.
Rural Insurance Group managing director Lance Harvey said: "Flex-e-Hire has been designed to reinforce our added value customer service. Now our clients can be sure that whatever the damage claim they can remain mobile in comfort without being shoe-horned into a tiny courtesy vehicle.
It was the vast network of rental offices from Enterprise Rent-A-Car that attracted us. It is extremely important to keep all elements of our business within the local community. The launch of Flex-e-Hire will enable us to continue doing this."
