Silverbeck Rymer has appointed Ruth Hogendoorn as its new auditing manager, responsible for reviewing all operational procedures across the firm and implementing risk management strategies as a result.
Hogendoorn has more than 11 years' experience in the legal industry and has worked for a number of financial organisations and solicitors.
She said she hoped to pre-empt the market's needs by being able to change as quickly as the dynamic insurance and legal industries.
“I'll be concentrating on the service to our clients, procedural elements of the Civil Procedure Rules and looking to the future in terms of the marketplace and the impact of the Human Rights Act on all aspects of the business,” Hogendoorn said.
