Saga, the provider of products and services to the over-50s, has extended an outsourcing contract with motor claims management company WNS Assistance.

The contract, which was originally signed in January 2004, involves Saga handling all motor insurance claims, customer services and personal injuries with WNS systems and controls.

WNS will manage all accident repairs, engineering and supply chain matters.

The contract has been extended until the end of 2010.
