Standard & Poor's (S&P) has raised its A- long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on The North of England Protecting & Indemnity Association (NEPIA) to 'A'.
The outlook is stable, said S&P.
The ratings agency said it has taken the action to reflect NEPIA's “very strong” capitalization and “very strong” financial flexibility.
