The Subsidence Claims Advisory Board will provide homeowners with legal help to claim against a negligent third party for uninsured losses following a subsidence claim.
The scheme, called Subsidence Recovery Direct, will cost homeowners £50 each year.
Brokers will receive 20% commission on every new membership they sign up to the scheme as an add-on to property cover and on renewal.
The board said the scheme was perfect for claiming from councils or neighbours in tree damage claims and public utilities for leaking drains.
