Schlumberger Business Continuity Services has expanded its flagship recovery centre in London by 15%. The centre is now the largest recovery centre in Europe.
The facility, based in central London, will support more than 2,000 end-user recovery positions and data centre space. In addition, the facilities will house secure infrastructure including fully furnished offices, pre-wired redundant telecommunications, uninterruptible power supply units, 24-hour security monitoring and six electricity generators with a fuel capacity to sustain a power cut of 36 days.
