Tim Scrivener has resigned as managing director of Domestic & General with effect from 31 December this year, according to a report.
John Pearmund has been appointed chief executive, said the report, effective from 2 January 2004.
The report said Scrivener is moving to a new position in the insurance sector in Dublin.
