Technology solutions specialist Sherwood International has secured its partnership agreement with business process outsourcing group Capita plc.
The agreement involves Sherwood providing Capita with services and software licenses worth more than £4m.
Capita will use the services and systems to increase its financial services business.
Capital financial services division managing director Bob Martin said the deal would allow Capita to provide its insurance customers with an expanded range of products and services.
