SIMS (Supplier and Incident Management Solutions), the motor and home claims handling provider, has launched a new specialist personal injury operation.
The new business, Knight Rehabilitation, will provide case management solutions, across the full spectrum of injuries, to the general insurance personal injury market initially, with plans to roll out the service to other market sectors.
SIMS said that as an existing business partner, swiftcover.com will be the first to benefit from the new service.
Eileen Richardson will head up Knight Rehabilitation's operational management team in the role of medical director.
