Financial services group UK Skandia has chosen Keane as its technology integrator.

Skandia is undertaking a business transformation programme called “Tomorrow's Company” to improve its customer service and profitability by transforming its technology processes.

As part of the project, Keane helped Skandia introduce a new workflow solution to streamline and automate many routine processing tasks.

Mike Evans, Skandia's customer services director, said: “The benefits have been numerous – it has helped to bolster the confidence of our customer services staff and increase the speed of acceptance.”

Skandia chose Keane as a partner for the project because of its track record in workflow solutions.
