Moorhouse has very ambitious plans for the future. Unlike any other broker, it has outsourced a project to India, with the single purpose of obtaining leads to increase its market share in the UK.
This outsourcing initiative was planned to facilitate the creation of 80 more jobs in its headquarters in Wales, which currently administers the entire project in India.
The company recognises this award as being proof of its considerable efforts in progressing the areas of excellence in customer services, IT, marketing and client relationship divisions, staff development, strategic planning and operational processes.
