Yorkshire broker Smart and Cook has completed the acquisition of Oughtred and Harrison.
The acquisition expands Smart & Cook's annual premium across seven branches.
Smart and Cook managing director Paul Meehan said: "The purchase of Oughtred and Harrison's portfolio is a major move for Smart and Cook, and sees us expanding South and West, as well as increasing our presence in Yorkshire."
