Andrew Wright to head new Birmingham-based office
Zurich and Shanghai-based insurance software solution provider eBaoTech has launched a presence in the UK with the opening of an office in Birmingham.
The new office is being managed by Andrew Wright, who has over twenty years of experience within the sector through senior positions with SSP and TIA Technology.
Guido Meyerhans, managing director of eBaoTech Europe, said: "We are pleased to open our new office in Birmingham and establish what is one of the world’s fastest growing insurance IT provider in the UK.
“This strategic location will allow us to target many opportunities in the UK market and will also enable us continue to work closely with the large number of organisations already using eBaoTech’s products and services and we envisage the creation of 15 new jobs over the next 12 months.
“The UK office will work directly alongside other offices in Europe and Asia to offer UK clients and partners access to the full global expertise of eBaoTech whilst providing localised services to our domestic clients,” he added.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
