Aspect Software International has launched a new software product which it claims will cut costs and simplify customer processes for insurers.

Touchpoint2 General Insurance is a browser-based application which captures customer information from a variety of sources, including brokers, customers and call centres.

Aspect Software CEO Gerry O'Connor said: "The solution allows insurers to radically overhaul operational costs by as much as 25%, while drastically reducing the time taken to process new business applications."

Aspect Software specialises in customer process management applications for banks and insurers.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
