This is according to the Alexander Lloyd Job Index, which suggests the number of permanent jobs filled in July is up by 44% over the six months average and by 63% over the previous month.
Operations director for Alexander Lloyd Neil Quarendon said: "The number of new permanent jobs is still very healthy though the dip in July registrations is following the typical summer pattern. Overall the number of vacancies in the insurance sector continues to be a strong indicator of a healthy business sector in the South East."
