An online claims tracking system has been developed by St Paul for its solicitors' professional indemnity policies.
St Paul clients can now access details of all claims against them through a web site that is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
As well as claims tracking www.stpaul.co.uk/solicitors will also feature factsheets detailing good risk managemnet practice.
