The Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) said key industry stakeholders had signed up to attend its Bodyshop Industry Forum.
The RMI said minimum bodyshop standards, capacity, body repair and vehicle technology, parts, estimating skills, and skills shortages would be some of the topics discussed at the forum.
RMI head of bodyshop and vehicle recovery services Jeff Mack said: “Our industry is undergoing challenging times. We intend this forum to constructively address the issues that affect our industry on a daily basis.
“The RMI believes that bringing all key parties together can help to move the industry forward and into a thriving future.”
