Standard & Poor's has raised its long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on Switzerland-based reinsurer Converium AG to 'BBB+' from 'BBB'.
All ratings were removed from CreditWatch, where they had been placed originally on 20 July 2004.
The outlook on all entities is stable.
