The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has issued guidelines for call centres, to relieve stressful conditions and improve training.

Two million people in Britain now work in call centres.

The HSE said its research dispelled the view that all call centres were "sweat shops".

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
