Whitespace Software has announced the launch of an online trading facility – Flatprotect – for Stuart Alexander (www.flatprotect.co.uk).
Flatprotect is a dedicated, online quotation system for residents and tenants associations. The website allows customers to obtain a quote in less than 15 seconds with the option to proceed and secure their cover instantly. Documentation is then forwarded to the client by email.
Commenting on the launch, Stuart Reid, Stuart Alexander chief executive, said: “We had the concept for the Flatprotect project, however Whitespace brought that concept to life in such a way that the system is not only customer friendly and functional, but also highly efficient and compelling.”
Whitespace developed Flatprotect so that it offers extremely rapid quotes. Quotes are saved so that prospective clients have the chance to print and quote and submit to the board before actually purchasing cover. The quote can then be converted to a live policy. Full cover can be issued within 4 minutes.
