A new Premium Finance system from Misys and Premium Credit was successfully piloted by Welsh insurance and financial services group Thomas Carroll, said Misys.
Misys said the software automatically puts allows Premium Credit data on the Misys system, without the need for re-keying information.
The software will go on general release next month.
Rhys Thomas, It director for the Thomas Carroll Group said the first eight days of the pilot almost £80,000 worth of premiums went through the system. Single data entry allowed staff to concentrate on other tasks, he added.
