Royal & Sunalliance (R&SA) has launched a dedicated small business survey service as part of its Enterprise venture for small to medium-sized business.
A dedicated team of surveyors within R&SA's small business survey team will manage the survey service, using innovative palm-top technology.
Requests for surveys are issued at quotation stage, R&SA surveyors automatically receive notice to survey properties via their palm tops.
Once the survey is completed on-site, the information is transferred to a central database at the touch of a button, enabling customers to avoid the traditional paper chase.
Survey results are then automatically updated on the quotation system.
