Lloyd's broker Swinglehurst will have its accounts unfrozen next week.

Speaking to Insurance Times, Swinglehurst chairman John Swinglehurst said: "We will be in a position to accept and pay premiums to underwriters in a timely manner from next week."

Swinglehurst added that the firm would be back to business as usual from Monday or Tuesday, but that he could not comment on the nature of the original dispute.

The broker had its accounts frozen last week by HM Revenue and Customs.
