Swinton has announced the acquisition of specialist broker Graysons Insurance Consultants.
The Liverpool based broker specialises in taxi and private hire vehicles. Swinton said the deal would compliment its growing specialist book.
Neil Ackinclose, head of Swinton Taxis, said: “This is acquisition gives us access to a specialist insurer for this local market, allowing us to offer very competitive rates.”
The move comes just months after Swinton completed a multi million pound deal to buy Budget's retail book to increase its high street presence.
Graysons will maintain its branding and all staff will be retained.
