Two of the founders of failed personal injury claims firm, The Accident Group (TAG), are re-entering the market with a new firm.

Mike and Paul Boxen were departmental heads at TAG before it collapsed two months ago - after its backers refused to provide more money.

According to reports they have now launched Compensation Advice, which is aiming for new business in the personal injury sector.

The new firm is being run from offices in Reddish, Greater Manchester, with around 50 new staff.

The Boxen twins are registered TAG directors. They denied having prior knowledge of the state of TAG's finances before its collapse.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
