Preston-based insurance broker Taylor Patterson Insurance Services (TPIS) is launching a new insurance policy for clients for homes with a rebuild value in excess of £250,000.
TPIS is working in conjunction with Oak Underwriting to offer insurance policies to clients with high value properties and contents.
Around two million homes fall into this category nationally, but up to 40% of these homes may be under-insured and could benefit from specialist cover.
Alexa Johnson, TPIS account executive, commented: “The specialist nature of these policies means they are flexible enough to accommodate even the most individual of homes. They also cater for most personal insurance requirements including optional extras such as second and holiday homes, annual family travel protection and RAC breakdown cover.”
