Want to let off steam about the service you receive from insurance companies? Well now's your chance. The General Insurance Market Research Association is seeking the views of personal and commercial lines brokers on the quality of service they receive.
The broker evaluated syndicated tracker survey was establshed last year and members include Allianz Cornhill, Axa, groupama, Norwich Union, Royal & SunAlliance and Zurich.
