The damage bill for the fire at Tesco's Sandhurst store will run into many millions of pounds.
GAB Robins' major and complex loss team were called out to the blaze soon after it was discovered early on 1 August.
The fire severely damaged the store and the Tesco warehouse behind it, and was expected to be a multi-million pound loss, a source said.
The police are still investigating the cause of the fire.
