Thatcham (the Motor Insurance Repair Research Centre) has announced the appointment of Jason Moseley as director of quality and business systems.
Moseley has overall strategic responsibility Thatcham's internal quality management processes, accreditation programmes, data related systems, development of electronic products and internal IT, the company said.
Moseley said: “My vision is to improve customer service and ultimately stakeholder value through more robust systems and greater accuracy and transparency.”
