The Bureau has updated its intermediary support website The Insurance Channel (www.theinsurancechannel.net ), adding a range of new features.
The Insurance Channel gives independent firms access to a growing range of information and advice on using the web, email and extranet facilities.
The upgraded site has several new features, including 20 online financial calculators, aninformation section, more glossaries and tutorials and a variety of reports about the web. More intermediaries have also added their details to the intermediary directory.
Director of The Bureau Alastair Murray said: "The Insurance Channel has started well with firms of all sizes visiting it. It is set to continue growing, with future upgrades likely to include an online forms library, news and guidance on the legal aspects of running a commercial website, cyber liability and plenty more useful stuff for independent intermediaries keen to develop their online credentials."
