Two managing directors of The Regency Group will parade the streets of Weston-Super-Mare wearing sandwich boards to highlight its recruitment problem.
Group managing director Craig Wright, and Andy Doran managing director of subsidiary company Regency@Home, will both strap on sandwich boards to promote their company within the area.
Craig Wright said the group, an insurance and warranty scheme provider, was "growing at a rapid rate", and regular advertisements for staff have not prompted the response needed.
The Regency Group has recruited 100 new employees this year, with more new positions expected in 2004.
