Competition in the general insurance software market may be about to intensify as TIA Systems launches a new system.
Managing director Ian Bowen said the web-enabled system integrates with the latest telephony, workflow and image-assessing solutions.
The architecture for the system was developed in Denmark and is used by four insurance companies in Scandinavia.
