Software supplier chosen to provide insurers new technology platform
TIA Technology has announced that Avon Insurance has chosen TIA’s solution platform to replace its current legacy systems.
Following a tender process, the TIA Solution was chosen to meet the insurers bullish growth strategy and enable added-value services to be included as new channels and business opportunities are explored.
Joanne French, PA Plans operations manager at Avon Insurance, said: “For us a scalable solution was essential; one that was able to deal with high volumes of policies and claims but that could integrate into our business quickly and efficiently.
"TIA Technology appeared to meet this need and we now look forward to working with them whilst they implement the new system and successfully deliver change.
