Actuarial management consultant Tillinghast-Towers Perrin has announced that it is transferring to its consulting practice to London.
Dave Powell, who previously led its Property/Casualty merger in New York, will transfer to the firm's London office.
Powell has played a large role in Tillinghast's asbestos work, and reviewed Tillinghast's asbestos models.
Powell has also worked on the Lloyd's Reconstruction and Renewal work in the mid 1990s.
Powell has been a long standing member of the property liability financial reporting committee of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a frequent speaker on insurance and reinsurance topics.
