TLSS adds Brownsword to board

Total Loss Settlement Services has appointed David Brownsword to its board of directors.

It follows Brownsword’s departure from Brownsword Group.

TLSS managing director David Patten said: “TLSS is flattered and excited by the capture of David for TLSS, especially given the widespread industry interest in employing his services.

"We are entering a very exciting time at TLSS and to work alongside someone of David’s calibre and experience will be invaluable.”

As sales director, Brownsword will advise on strategy, oversee sales as well as becoming a key account manager.

Brownsword said: “When I left Brownsword a few months ago TLSS was one of the first companies to approach me.

"I have worked closely with them for a number of years and was therefore aware of its pedigree and significant potential to grow its core service and diversify into bolt-on services."

TLSS said Brownsword will continue to maintain other interests in the insurance industry and is associated with a number of other organisations.
