The Lloyd's division of the Trenwick Group will be named as Talisman on completion of its management buyout.
The management team will be taking over Trenwick Management Agents (TMA) with effect from 2004 year of account.
Syndicate 839 is expected to have £250m capacity and Life Syndicate 44 is expected to have £3.5m capacity under management.
